This workshop will focus on interpreting Departmental Evaluation Documents (DEDs), preparation of tenure and promotion materials, time lines, and the responsibilities of department heads and personnel committees.  Bring your DED, EMU-AAUP contract, and come prepared with any questions you may have regarding this process.
